- Click Register Now to register as a Weelago seller
- Enter your e-Shop Name
- Insert the country you’re based in
- State your Product Category as well as Product Brands. Although inserting Product Brands is actually optional.
- Enter your Business Type details and upload certain documents needed depends on your business type.
- Enter your Business Name
- Pick your registered business
- Enter your address details.
- Enter your Contact Details information
- Check the one that your account registered by either Seller or Weelago.com Agent such SGA
- Enter your Login information
- Please tick the box and click Register
- Login via weelago.com to access e-Shop Dashboard
- Login via weelago.com/seller-center/login to access Seller Center Dashboard
NOTE: Awaiting for the approval of the registration is around 1-3 working days. You will receive an email for the approval and you can log in via these two steps. (Refer 1 & 2)
- Select Subscription from the side menu to view packages.
- Select package and click Buy Now button
NOTE: Seller will receive email when account has been activated. Seller must subscribe to a package to gain full access of the e-Shop Dashboard.
e-Shop Dashboard displays the overall summary of your business insights such as sales, orders and the latest Weelago.com announcements

Follow the guidelines below to pass quality check and attract potential customers
- e-Shop Info – Displays e-Shop banner, logo, social profile and contact details
- Product Listing – Displays all product listing
- Store Hours – Displays physical store hours if provided
- Product Category – Displays all the categories where Seller products are located
- Contact Seller – Shopper may send enquiries to Seller via contact form
To access, select Settings > Store from side menu

- Drugs, prescription-only medicines, pharmacy-only medicines, drug-like substances and associated paraphernalia
- Telecommunication equipment that has not been registered with AITI

- Firearms, weapons such as pepper spray, replicas, and stun guns, etc.

Follow the guidelines below to pass quality check and attract potential customers:
- Brand name is mandatory
- Use bullet points to highlight key features of your product
- Indicate warranty information if applicable
- Include product dimension and weight
- Include a minimum of 3 clear images

Filter your products by Status, Date or Category

Follow the naming format:
Brand + Item Name + Model Name + Style + Key Attribute + Pack Count + Size
- Limit the name to 50-75 characters
- Capitalize the first letter of each word
- Use numerals (2 instead of two)
- Do not use ALL CAPS
- Do not include promotional messages (eg: Sale or Free Shipping)
- Description
Useful, relevant and clear item description
- Provide brief item description in one paragraph with 150 words
- Include item key features in bullet points format
- SKU
Enter unique identification to track item for inventory purposes
- Enable Product Stock Management

TIP: Always update stock quantity to ensure customer satisfaction

Enter accurate weight of item with packaging for shipping rate
TIP: Product with no weight will not be properly processed upon checkout
- Choose Shipping Class Type

- Add Attribute
Click this to add difference choices of variables for your products. Eg. Different Colors, Sizes, Quantity etc.
- Enter Name and Value(s) of Attribute
For Name example: Sizes, Bottles, Material. The display name will be in example x-Bottles, x-Color, x-Size.
For Value(s) example: 12, Red, S, M, L
- Click Save Attribute
Enter accurate weight of item with packaging for shipping rate
- Click Save Product
Click this when you want to publish the items. Weelago.com will approve your items within 1-3 business days.

To access for the application of the Discounted Price, select Products from side menu and applied when you edit your existing product and uploading a new product.
1. Enter the following Price and insert the Discounted Price as well and you can actually schedule the date of the discounted promotion via clicking the Schedule
To access for the application of the FREE Shipping selection, select Products from side menu and applied when uploading a new product.
You need to request your customized free shipping for your own product by contacting our Marketing Department by our contact details by the end of our slide.
