Return Procedure
- Proof of purchase – eg: Invoice
- Original packaging – the manufacturer packaging
- Damaged Product / Packaging
- Defective Item
- Incomplete / Missing Items
- Wrong Item
- Change of Mind
Please ensure that item for return meets the following:
- All returned items must not be damaged, dirty or have been washed.
- The returned product must be in the same condition when it was received, including accessories, seal or label.
If you requested 'Return' due to damaged, faulty or wrong product, the seller has to bear the buyer's Return shipping fee.
If the 'Return' is due to buyer's change of mind, then buyer will need to bear their own shipping fee in order to return the product to seller.
Refund Procedure
You have 7-14 days from the date of order receipt to request for refund under certain conditions.
The processing time for refund will be within 3-7 days.
For payment using credit card, it would depend on the bank. Usually it would take up to 7 days for refund.
For payment using bank transfer, it would be processed within 3-5 days.

2. Order number
3. Bank details (name on bank card, name of bank, account number)
4. Contact number

Exchange Procedure
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@weelago.com and send your item to:
