本店位于文莱，斯里巴加湾，拥有50余年手工制作虾片经验。虾片是用高纯度的海虾肉，加上淀粉及传统自制调味料制成，再压成扁平状切成条晒干。由于鲜海虾含量极高，吃起来非常香甜可口，一经油炸可成“虾饼”，入口鲜虾味浓郁，绝对令人赞不绝口。 本店保证所有食品源于手工制作.

***因虾片乃易碎食品，运输过程中难免磕磕碰碰，虽然碎了也不妨碍油炸，介意者还请慎拍。 本店寄出的虾片皆有泡沫纸（bubble wrap）包裹。

Ang’s Keropok Udang is one of the famous traditional handmade prawn crackers in Brunei with more than 50 years of experience.  Ang’s Keropok Udang prawn crackers are made by mixing fresh sea prawn meat, starch and traditional homemade seasoning.  We stir it till it’s all incorporated and sliced.  Traditionally, prawn crackers are usually sun-dried first before frying to achieve maximum crispiness.  Once dry, they must be deep-fried in oil (which must be at high heat 85deg before cooking). In only a few seconds they expand and become bigger.

*** As the Prawn Crackers are fragile foods, they will inevitably be bumped during transportation. Although they are broken, they will not hinder frying.  The prawn crackers sent out will wrapped in bubble wrap.
